AllSquares is excited to partner exclusively with Reform Clothing and help them embark on their next phase of growth online. Reform Clothing is a youthful, rapidly moving maker of premium customised clothing.

From Nanna's Melbourne garage in 2005 they’ve come a long way, growing internationally with the opening of their Los Angeles office in 2013. Following two years of planning and hard work they have just launched phase 1 of their online customer experience, backed by the best customer engagement and CRM technology they could find.

Content and customer experience are 2 key elements of their online success, and they are currently looking for a Digital Content Manager to come on board in the Melbourne office and enjoy some travel to the LA office.

Your main responsibility will be to develop content and customer engagement strategies, utilising project teams of designers and area specialists in the US and Australia to create genuine engagement with customers and prospects through awesome content.

Core functions of this role:

  • Support an elite customer experience by creating unique and compelling messages
  • Work with their CEO & business development director to create a marketing calendar and project priority listing
  • Collaboration with customer facing specialists (e.g. retention, outbound, inbound) to deeply understand customers and challenges
  • Creating engagement programs with unique, compelling content tailored to customers and challenges identified
  • Push the limits of what’s possible / best practice
  • Make great choices between alternative projects and see each choice through to completion

Reform Clothing are looking for someone who has a gift for creating compelling and engaging stories, someone who knows best practise in content creation and customer engagement but who is also willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and continue to do so as they keep growing.

You’re collaborative by nature, project driven and you stick to deadlines. You also know how to balance your time between big picture strategy work and getting your hands dirty. Their culture is second to none, no politics and no bullshit, they encourage personal and professional development more than most, have a very flat structure and open communication culture.

There’s a lot more to discuss about this role and Reform Clothing, so we look forward to receiving your CV!
